Last year was A Night At The Factory, Warhol-ed out, and ASOME got to... Judge some amazing costumes: Take all the photobooth pics: And Patrick got so many donations for the food bank!!! Fight Club

The first rule of fight club is you have to dress the part. The second rule of fight club is you have to dress the part. The third rule of fight club is you have to find someone who will actually do a shoot like this with you. The fourth rule of fight club is you have to find a place that will actually let you do a shoot like this.  And of course, you have to train. A Culinary Fight Night pop-up quite obviously requires a boxing shoot.  So we hope this encourages you to come shop all the #ASOME summer robes and sustainable fashion at CNF's Ultimate Championship Tournament Sunday, June 9th and get training for it now at Sarge's Westside...

You can find me in the club

So far this month, we’ve celebrated: National Women’s Health Week ✔ Mental Health Month ✔ And overall calm > chaos ✔✔ But we’ve got one more -- National Physical Fitness & Sports Month💪 I’ve been pretty active my whole life, sports from a young age and long-time YMCA member (+ board member!), so I’ve tried out a whole lot of exercise classes/fads/etc. But never had I ever been to a gym like Club B-FIT. They have aerial yoga, boot camp classes annnnnnnd pole fitness! So when a friend started going there and telling me about it (and in January I was feeling every ounce of all the post-midterms feelings) I knew I had to try it. I wasn’t totally sure...

Mental Health Month (As Practiced by M.E.)

We’re keeping the calm > chaos theme going, and perfect timing because... May is Mental Health Month! We talked last week about yoga being a bad-ass workout, but also a workout with mental health benefits, and I know for me, that’s something I overlooked for way, way, way too long. So this week I’ve got a few other things to share that have helped me and my mental health! This is probably not new news to most of you, but here in the states, we think working non-stop, doing it all, go-go-go (ie the #hustleculture) is the only way to live + be successful. Namaste-ing into National Women's Health Week

Happy National Women's Health Week!!! “The week serves as a reminder for women to make their health a priority and build positive health habits for life.
